Privacy policy
How LearningUnify collects, uses and protects personal data on this website and in the services we provide.
Who we are
LearningUnify ("we", "us") is a company based in France that provides enterprise learning data software and technical services. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit learningunify.com, contact us, or use our platform and services. Questions may be sent to privacy@learningunify.com.
Data we collect on this website
Contact and demo forms: name, work email, organization, role and the message you send. Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers. See our cookie policy for details on cookies.
Data we process in the platform
When a customer connects a system to the Intelligence Platform, we process learning records on that customer's behalf as a processor. This may include learner identifiers, enrollments, completions, scores, roles and related metadata. The customer remains the controller and determines the purposes of processing. A data processing agreement governs this relationship.
Why we process data and on what basis
To respond to enquiries and provide demos (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps). To deliver the platform and services under a contract. To secure our systems and comply with legal obligations. To send occasional product updates where you have agreed to receive them; you may opt out at any time.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Customer platform data is retained for the duration of the agreement and deleted or returned within 90 days of termination unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing.
Sharing
We use a small number of service providers for hosting, email and support tooling, each bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. Hosting is within the European Union by default. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and request portability. Write to privacy@learningunify.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
