What is LearningUnify?
Enterprise learning data software and technical services. The Intelligence Platform connects learning data from LMS, HRIS, SIS, content, assessment and business systems, normalizes and preserves it, and makes it usable for reporting, audits, integrations and AI workflows.
Is it an LMS?
No. It is a neutral data and intelligence layer that works alongside the platforms you already run. Nothing needs to be replaced.

Which systems can you connect?
Any system that exposes data through files, APIs, databases, xAPI streams, SFTP or cloud storage. See the connectors page for detail.
Do you keep our raw data?
Yes. Original values are stored alongside normalized ones so the source can always be produced.
How do you handle identity matching?
Deterministic rules first, probabilistic matching second, with human review below a confidence threshold and a full match log.
Can auditors query the layer directly?
Yes, through scoped read-only access, or through evidence packs exported by your compliance team.
Services
Do you run the migration or just supply software?
Both. Our services team plans, maps, extracts, validates and supports cut-over alongside your team.
Can we preserve history without migrating it?
Yes. Many customers move recent years into the new LMS and keep the rest in the governed layer.
Do you offer standalone assessments?
Readiness assessments and content portfolio analyses are available as fixed-scope engagements.

Where is data hosted?
Within the European Union by default; other regions on request.
Do you train AI models on customer data?
No.
